From communicating with Terrance Williams at the initial stages to a week after leaving with my new truck I've had a great experience with the sales team at Gilman Gilchrist at 7000 Southwest Fwy. Upon arrival there was a no hassle environment with clear explanations of my options. Josh was very patient with me as I weighed my options on financing. After coming to an agreement he escorted me to complete my paper work. At this time I was offered a wonderful extended warranty package that allows me to enjoy my new purchase knowing that the Gilman team has my back. A few days after my initial visit Josh and Terrance both checked in on me and thanked me for my business. There were a few loose ends to tie up and all is well due to their continued A1 customer service. My wife is in the market for a purchase of her dream car within the next few months. We will be sure to check in with Josh and Terrance for assistance before looking anywhere else. Lastly; this truck is the first ever new vehicle purchase I've ever made, and the experience was top notch. Also a quick thank you to Jason and the gentlemen and young lady that helped me secure my warranty package (I believe his name is Miguel, her name eludes me at the moment). Thank you so much to the Gilman team!!!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!

I had high expectations when I came here, but this turned into one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. Justin, my salesperson, and I agreed on a purchase price. However, once I got into the finance office with Eric Munoz, the numbers changed. By the time everything was finalized, I believe I ended up paying approximately $2,000 more than the price I had agreed to. Since then, I've made repeated calls trying to get an explanation. Eric Munoz has refused to return my calls, and it feels like once the deal was funded, customer service no longer mattered. It's incredibly frustrating to spend this kind of money and then be ignored when you have legitimate questions about the contract. My advice to anyone shopping here: don't rely on verbal agreements. Compare every number on the final paperwork to what you were originally promised before signing anything. If something doesn't match, don't sign until it's fully explained. I left this dealership feeling disappointed, frustrated, and like my concerns simply didn't matter after the sale. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business here.
